No. Tellwell has no sign-up and no login. Open it and start.
On your own phone. Summaries, vault documents and settings never leave the device except for the two specific cases described in the privacy policy.
Generating a summary needs an internet connection, because the text is sent away to be written up and returned. If it fails, check your connection and try again. If it keeps failing on a good connection, email me — that usually means something on my side.
Tellwell needs microphone permission, which it asks for the first time you tap the microphone. If you declined it, you can grant it again in your phone's Settings under Tellwell. You can always type instead.
Open a summary or vault document and choose delete, or clear everything at once from Settings. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently — there is no copy on a server.
Nine: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi and Gujarati. You can change language at any time in Settings.
No. Tellwell helps you describe what you are experiencing so a doctor can understand it faster. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a medical device. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
The most useful bug report says three things: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which phone you are using. A screenshot helps more than anything. Send it to tellwellapp.3@gmail.com.
